Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, potential clients, and key stakeholders to support business expansion and market penetration.

• Develop and implement business strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, and innovation opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Negotiate commercial terms, assess risks, and align partnerships strategically to enhance the company’s value proposition and competitive position.

• Provide leads, market intelligence, and strategic insights to sales and other relevant departments, collaborating closely with internal teams.

• Focus on medium- to long-term, B2B-oriented growth initiatives with a strategic emphasis on innovation, supplier partnerships, and market expansion.

Key Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in a related industry, preferably with regional exposure.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and colleagues in a professional manner.

• Proficient in managing ERP systems and other job-related platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Driven and passionate about contributing to business growth.

• Skilled in effectively identifying and resolving issues.

• Detail-oriented, focused, and capable of multitasking while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
