Job Responsibilities

• Support product development initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring compliance with customer needs and regulatory standards.

• Assist in formulating product positioning, value propositions, and go‑to‑market strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling product messaging, promotional campaigns, and sales materials.

• Coordinate across functions—including suppliers, supply chain, and sales—to ensure timely delivery and high product quality.

• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and competitive activity to guide product lifecycle planning, pricing, and enhancements.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field) and 3–4 years’ relevant experience in product management, marketing, or related roles—preferably within FMCG or home appliances.

• Strong analytical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to manage projects across cross‑functional teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to thrive in a high‑pace, multitasking work environment.
