Work Hours:
Mon - Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (5.5 Days Work Week)

What You’ll Do:

Ensure compliance with regulations & design maintenance programs to reduce downtime
Inspect heavy machinery & evaluate production activities
Prepare detailed reports & update management regularly
Collaborate across departments to keep plant operations smooth
Schedule & coordinate maintenance & repair plans
Develop improvements & implement new products/processes
Manage workshop documentation & assist mechanics with repairs
Plan equipment modifications & inspect new machinery

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2-5 years (or more) experience in heavy machinery maintenance
Strong skills in diagnosing & repairing mechanical & hydraulic systems
Problem-solver with great decision-making & communication skills
Self-motivated, resourceful & cost-conscious with a positive mindset
