Summary

• Salary range: $6000-$8000

• 5 days (Hybrid mode)

• Location: Jurong Port Rd Singapore
  *The initial stage requires 6 months of training at HQ in Milan

Responsibilities

Tender Stage

• Study cable market trends, customers, competitors, and subcontractors.

• Review tender documents and technical specifications.

• Develop technical solutions based on project requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and attend clarification meetings.

• Visit sites if needed to assess logistics and feasibility.

• Prepare RFQs and evaluate subcontractor proposals with the purchasing team.

• Finalize installation plans and cost estimates with all departments.

• Prepare technical documentation and plan of work.

• Support negotiations and update proposals as required.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Contractual Stage

• Join internal project kickoff meetings.

• Share key project details (costs, technical info, plans) with the team.

• Provide technical support during early project phases.

• Attend meetings with customers and subcontractors as needed.

• Assist in tracking changes from the tender stage and document lessons learned.

Requirements

• Possess with Degree in Engineering or a related technical field

• Knowledge of / experience in the submarine cable installation world coming from operative or

  engineering roles

• Experience in proposal engineering activities such as costing, planning, subcontracting,

  technical proposal preparation, negotiation possibly relevant to marine installation or at least in

  other areas.

• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and internet tools

• Willing to travel occasionally, both locally and overseas
