• Managing Director’s schedules, including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements

• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond on behalf of director as appropriate

• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, reports and minutes. Track and follow up on action items

• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

• Main contact person for internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate seamless communication between all departments

• Support project coordination and follow-ups on assigned initiatives to ensure meeting timelines

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in supporting Senior Management level

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 

• Possess good communication skills and time management skills
