Summary

• Salary: Basic $5k-$7k (Based on experience) + Commission

• 5 days, Retail hours

• Industry: Beauty chain (makeup cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, body care and haircare)

• Branch available islandwide, mainly handle north region

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR to recruit, retain, and manage store team members.

• Conduct daily briefings, manage team rosters, and address disciplinary matters.

• Drive store operations to meet sales and profitability targets.

• Set, communicate, and track KPIs to ensure team performance.

• Handle customer feedback and uphold high service standards.

• Oversee visual merchandising, stock inventory, and shrinkage control.

• Enforce proper cash handling and shortage prevention procedures.

• Analyze sales data, monitor P&L, and implement action plans for improvement.

Requirements

• Preferably with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent studies.

• Candidate with experience in a leadership role, sales-driven, managing and developing a team, in retail line.
