Responsibilities

• Strategise, plan, and review manpower resources at organisational level to support business and organisational growth.

• Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow that align with our company's goals and values.

• Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. Ensure compliance for all statutory reporting requirements for local entities in Singapore, Indonesia, and PRC.

• Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding.

• Maintain the HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR records and reports, accuracy in attendance, leave, etc.

• Oversee performance management, training and development programs.

• Create a positive workplace culture through continuous employee engagements.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admin, or equivalent.

• Professional working fluency in English and Mandarin. Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager leading a team (min 3 years).

• Proven experience in managing cross-region HR.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore, Indonesia, and PRC labour regulations and best practices.
