Our client:

·       Marine fuel logistics company.

·       5 Days, Office Hours

·       Tai Seng

·       UP $11,000 Basic

Responsibilities:

• Ensure vessels comply with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (ISM, ISPS, MLC).

• Support vessels in safe operations, voyage planning, and meeting terminal, operator, charterer, and oil major requirements.

• Manage audits, inspections (including Flag and Port State), and OCIMF SIRE vetting processes.

• Oversee navigational safety, including passage plan approvals and navigation audits.

• Keep Q88 and HVPQ documentation updated; advise on regulatory changes and best practices.

• Maintain and update the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).

• Provide guidance, training, and support to crew on compliance, competency, and disciplinary matters.

• Respond to vessel capability and performance queries and participate in emergency response efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (with Coc class 1 or 2)

• 2 years of experience as Technical Superintendent for oil tanker and bunker tankers
