Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $4000 + AWS + VB

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hour)

• Location: Woodlands (Company transport pick up at Admiralty MRT)

Job Scope:

• Support Manufacturing Engineers in PLM/SAP operations, documentation (work instructions, test procedures), and on-site validation of assembly processes.

• Create/maintain OMS Pro documentation for product modules, mechanical assemblies (chambers, frames), and electrical harness routing.

• Develop test work instructions using building blocks, engineer inputs, and GUI screens.

• Assist in CAD-based jig/fixture design and collaborate cross-functionally for production solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency for tooling/testing equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Control Engineering; manufacturing experience preferred.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (e.g., PTC Creo), SAP PLM/ERP, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/scripting).

• Ability to interpret 2D/3D designs, GD&T, electrical/pneumatic schematics, and draft procedures/checklists.

• Knowledge of Lean, FMEA, 8D; cleanroom protocol adherence is a plus.
