We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills who can effectively engage with stakeholders. This role supports our Distribution targets and work with a team of Agency Sales Managers or Directors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support Distribution targets, initiatives and influence a group of Agency Sales Managers or Directors

• Develop, support and achieve Distribution and Recruitment targets and initiatives

• Develop and recommend appropriate initiatives to drive and achieve sales targets, business plan, and various project KPIs.

• Connect and influence key group of Sales Directors/Managers

WHO YOU ARE

• Must have M5, M9, M9A, M8, M8A, HI CMFAS papers

• Good BSC grading

• Clean compliance record with no complaints

• Prior experience engaging and managing agency team or agency managers preferred

• At least 1 year in financial sales experience

• A good understanding of the FA market, product knowledge, and good analytical skills will be advantageous
