Responsibilities: 

• Drive sales and meet targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge

• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.

• Gather customer feedback using the NPS system to ensure satisfaction.

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales to meet personal targets.

• Stay updated on new products, company initiatives, and campaigns.

• Maintain floor displays, merchandise, and stock inventory.

• Operate cash register and process transactions.

• Generate sales reports for management.

Requirement:

• Min 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting

• Highly motivated and fast-learner

• Customer service oriented and driven in sales

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work in shifts during retail operating hours, weekends & public holiday
