Shipping Officer
5.5 days (Mon-Fri, Sat Half day)
Location: Changi Airfreight
Basic Salary: $2400 - $3000

Responsibilities:

Prepare draft Air Waybills (AWBs) for customer or agent review before shipment.
Request Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL) to prepare draft export permit.
Communicate with customers and overseas agents via email.
Update cargo details (pieces, weight, dimensions) in the system and print AWB once cargo arrives.
Submit required documents like FWB, FHL, and export permits.
Send pre-alerts, handle billing, and manage export-related communications
Monitor pre-alerts, arrange cargo release or delivery.
Inspect cargo at the warehouse, report issues, and follow team leader instructions
Assist on customs declaration and billing.
