Project Manager (Electrical / MEP) - #1107243

• Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)

• Basic salary up $6500 + VB

• East area

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects involving LV/HV electrical systems, UPS, generators, and related power infrastructure.

• Oversee Addition & Alteration (A&A) works and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Prepare and review project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical / MEP works, preferably in critical facilities (e.g., data centres, hospitals, industrial plants).

• Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, LV/HV, UPS, and generators.

• Proven track record in managing construction and fit-out projects.

• Excellent coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Valid Class 3 driving license for site travel.
