About the Role
Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, this role manages and optimises Gain City’s online presence across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Brand.com. You will handle product listings, campaigns, and user experience improvements, working closely with internal teams, marketplace partners, and vendors to drive sales, enhance conversions, and ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
Category & Platform Management
· Manage and maintain product listings — including content, pricing, and inventory — for assigned categories across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Brand.com.
· Monitor sales and category performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement optimisation strategies.
· Support the development and execution of promotional mechanics, flash deals, and campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
· Work closely with the marketing and buying teams to ensure alignment on product launches, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions.
· Coordinate with marketplace partners and external vendors on campaign execution, store maintenance, and ongoing optimisations.
Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis
· Plan, execute, and track online campaigns and promotions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assets, mechanics, and product setup.
· Use performance insights to identify trends and optimise marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.
· Track and compile performance reports, supporting the team in analysing sales, traffic, and conversion data.
· Plan and support A/B testing and conversion experiments to improve campaign performance and user flow.
UX & Funnel Optimisation
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimise landing pages and drive seamless user experiences across web and app.
· Evaluate the end-to-end customer journey, identify drop-off points, and propose improvements to conversion funnels.
· Monitor site and app performance, flagging bugs, syncing issues, and UI/UX gaps for resolution with the IT team.
Cross-functional Support
· Liaise with Customer Service, IT, and Logistics teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, fulfilment, and platform operations.
· Assist in managing agency and vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of assets and performance updates.
· Stay up to date on emerging tools, marketplace features, and competitor activity to support platform growth and innovation.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace operations.
· Familiar with platforms such as Magento, Lazada, Shopee, and tools like Google Analytics, Excel.
· Basic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or Figma) are an advantage.
· Knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRM tools (e.g. Dotdigital or similar) is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
· A proactive and resourceful team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
· Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
