Are you someone who loves tech, apps, and improving user experiences? Join us as a Platform Experience Intern and help shape how users interact with a leading ride-hailing and mobility platform!

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct real-world testing of the app experience for both drivers and riders

• Identify navigation or usability issues and provide feedback

• Collaborate with internal teams to recommend improvements

• Test and validate new app features

• Collect and compile driver/rider feedback for internal review

• Assist in documenting user journeys, test cases & SOPs

• Join in brainstorms and product growth discussions from a user-first angle

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field

• Passionate about user experience and tech platforms

• Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically

• Comfortable working independently and in teams

• Available for at least 4 to 6 months
