Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the division’s philosophy, strategy, and values to align with emerging youth trends and rehabilitation objectives.

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and expenditure tracking, while coordinating with funding authorities.

• Lead staff development, supervision, onboarding, and career progression based on established competency frameworks.

• Ensure governance and compliance by managing SOPs, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and incident protocols.

• Maintain strategic partnerships and coordinate efforts with ministries, external agencies, and institutions.

• Provide oversight to ensure divisional goals align with broader organisational objectives.

• Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

• Undertake additional duties or strategic projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial or leadership roles within the social service sector.

• Strong grasp of social work practices, community engagement, and relevant policies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for youth development and rehabilitation, with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward impactful outcomes.
