Responsibilities:

• Review the full spectrum of AR & AP duties.
• Review quarterly GST/WHT submission for the parent company.
• Review monthly closings and forecast for the parent company and other 4 subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly management reports and perform data analysis.
• Prepare materials and slides for board meetings.
• Write minutes for board meetings.
• Perform monthly/quarterly updates and submissions for Stravis to Japan HQ.
• Assist in the annual budget exercise.
• Assist with J-SOX.
• Prepare annual unaudited financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience (full sets accounts and hands-on closing experience).
• Able to do administrative work and identify data patterns.
• Able to commence in a short notice period is an added advantage.
• Able to use SAGE Intacct to generate/customize reports/extract data for analysis is an added advantage.
