5.5 Day / Mon - Fri : 9am - 6pm & Sat : 9am -1pm

No experience are welcome , site experience is a plus
Your Role, Your Influence:
Reports to Project Director
Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil)
Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents.
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts
Manage subcontract issues from time to time
Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or Equivalent
Min 0-1 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD
