MATERIAL HANDLER / WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - #1107090

We are seeking warehouse assistant/ material handler to join our warehouse team.

Responsibilities:

1. Material Receiving & Inspection

•  Receive incoming materials and verify against delivery orders/invoices.

• Check goods for damage, quantity, and specification accuracy.

• Report any discrepancies or damages immediately.

 2. Inventory Handling

• Label, tag, and store materials in designated locations.

• Perform stock picking, packing, and issuing of materials.

3. Order Fulfillment

• Pick and pack orders based on pick lists or instructions.

• Prepare materials for internal departments or outbound shipments.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to production or customers.

 4. Warehouse Upkeep

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area.

• Follow 5S and safety standards.

• Support periodic cycle counting and stocktaking exercises.

 5. Equipment Operation

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks (with valid WSQ license).

• Ensure safe operation of equipment and report faults.

6. Documentation & System Updates

• Update inventory records in system (manual or digital).

• Maintain proper filing of delivery orders, pick lists, and stock transfer forms.

7. Safety & Compliance

• Follow workplace safety procedures (WSH standards in Singapore).

• Proper PPE and to report unsafe conditions or incidents.

• Adhere to company policies and SOPs.

Requirements:

•  Able to carry/lift up to 25kg.

• Willing to work in a non-aircon environment.

• May be required to work overtime

• Basic English literacy (for handling documents or labels).

• Experience with barcode scanners or WMS preferred.
