We’re looking to add a Technical Operator in GES, Marsiling.

As a Technical Operator, you will:

• Support the technicians, operators, engineers for the trouble shooting.

• Ensure the units assembled are in good conditions, following GMP and GDP.

• Monitor’s tools/jigs performance and performs routine care and maintenance as required.

• Torque driver and gap tools checking and recording.

• Ensure that the working area is maintaining a good 5S and always considering and practicing safety procedures on the line.

• Provide Support to the Engineer for the analysis, ECO and process improvement.

• Works in partnership with Engineers or technician to resolve equipment or tester problems.

• Provide support to other production when the situation calls for, support in the packing in the case of urgent requirement for shipment or in the absence of packers.

• Ensure that the production schedule is meet accordingly.

• Assist in cross-training team members and co-workers as assigned.

• Ensure that the line is audit ready at all times.

• Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.

• Support the counting of materials during inventory.

• Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

  
  

What skills and experiences are we looking for : 

• NTC2/3 in Electronics or Mechanical

• At least 2 years experienced in Manufacturing of medical device or electronic products

• Must have good hands-on experience with hand tools

• Understanding of production costs to include waste, downtime, reject due to workmanship and re-work

• Experience in troubleshooting and repair an advantage

• Should exert sound judgement, discretion and preserve confidentiality
