Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team!

What you'll be doing?
Cost Planning: Develop accurate cost plans and budget estimates for projects.
Tender Preparation: Take off quantities, source sub-contractors and suppliers, price work, and prepare tender submissions.
Project Management: Handle ongoing projects and resolve contractual issues with clients.
Financial Management: Prepare monthly progress claims, follow up on payment certifications, and evaluate subcontractor claims.
Variation Management: Submit claims for variation works and finalize project accounts.
Reporting and Analysis: Create reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and risk assessments.
Strategic Advising: Provide advice to managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
Design Change Management: Document design changes and update budgets accordingly.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background: Diploma in Building Construction or Quantity Surveying, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.
Industry Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in interior design or joinery carpentry, bringing valuable insights to the role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Excel, essential for project documentation and analysis.
Other Information:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, and Alternate Half Saturday is required
Office Location: Woodlands Industrial Park E9, Singapore 757047
Salary: $3200 - $4500
