BIM Modeller(Drafter)(HDB) - #1107047

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage electrical BIM models for HDB projects using Revit and other relevant software.

• Work closely with the design team, engineers, and architects to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of electrical systems.

• Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.

• Produce detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications for electrical systems in HDB developments.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards for electrical installations in public housing.

• Assist in the preparation of 3D visualizations and simulations of electrical systems.

• Support the implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller with a focus on electrical systems.

• Proven experience in working on HDB projects or similar public housing developments.

• Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks).

• Strong understanding of electrical system design, installation, and maintenance.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
