Responsibilities
Provide support for contract management system (which includes matter allocation, tracking and reporting).
Provide PA and administrative support to Group Legal Counsel and Legal Team.
Manage records, legal precedents and databases.
Documentation and Filing (including scanning, uploading and printing).
Processing internal and external mails.
Other administrative duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
Prior legal admin experience in a legal department or law firm would be advantageous but not necessary
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT savvy
Team player and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous, able to multi-task, good organisational and time management skills
