Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and manage daily lifting operations across the site.
• Supervise lifting teams and ensure alignment with safety and operational standards.
• Review and prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for routine and non-routine lifts (e.g., PSPC beam launching, gantry crane dismantling).
• Coordinate with QPs, SOs, and Safety Teams for lifting approvals and compliance.
• Select appropriate cranes and lifting gear for tandem and heavy lifts.
• Audit and approve lifting permits; maintain P&E inspection records.
• Inspect cranes before site deployment and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with contractors and safety personnel.
• Provide training in safe lifting practices for supervisors, riggers, and operators.
• Maintain a safe work environment and contribute to project HSE targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in construction, with 3 years in LTA road/MRT/viaduct projects.
• Possess IES/SHETC Appointed Person for Lifting Operations certificates
• Strong technical expertise in lifting heavy structures.
• Proven experience coordinating with LTA and safety authorities.
