Able to read engineering drawings
Has relevant experience in metal fabrication, semi-conductor, precision engineering industry
Has CNC Milling and CNC Turning experience and knowledge
Has CAM Program knowledge
Has car driving license
Able to manage machinists, programmers, coordinate with Sales and Production team
Able to process Management Plan and operation
Work according to production plan and to maintain operational efficiency
Monitor all production parts and to ensure all of the production process following the standard procedures
Able to problem solve and to make decision on ways to decrease cycle times and increase efficiency of setups
Carry out in-process measurements and to maintain product quality
Work together as a team with other departments
Do ISO documents and to follow up with night shift staffs
Maintain continuity among working teams by documenting and communicating actions
