Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

• Ensure food is prepared and presented with consistency and quality.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

• Assist in inventory management, including proper storage and stock rotation.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food items.

• Assist in kitchen prep work and cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ability to work in a high-energy and team-oriented environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
