Has preferably CNC Milling Machine, CNC Turning and Precision Engineering background

Has relevant experience in the metal fabrication, semi-conductor industry

Able to interpret Mechanical Drawings

Has CAM Program Knowledge

Set-up individual tools for machine operation in CNC Milling Machines and CNC Turning Machines

Able to do process management plan and operations

Create geometry and check machine simulations

Generate NC program and put the program to designated machines

Work according to the production plan and to maintain operation efficiency

Carry out in process measurements and to maintain product quality

Monitor process/machines and troubleshoot/report any deviations to respective personnel

Maintain the cleanliness of the work place according to company 5S Policy

Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions
