Recruiting Program Specialist – HR Operations (12-Month Contract)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Program Specialist to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of recruiting processes, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across regional hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end operational support for recruitment activities, including Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) checks, job posting reviews, and pre-onboarding tasks.
Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and trackers; identify and escalate discrepancies as needed.
Analyze recruitment metrics to spot trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities; prepare and share reports with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements across the region.
Deliver insights and training to recruitment teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and spreadsheet tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Lark Sheets.
Strong understanding of recruitment/HR processes with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage sensitive or time-sensitive issues with discretion.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced or ambiguous settings.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR operations, with a track record in process improvement.
Experience supporting or leading at least two cross-functional HR/recruiting initiatives.
Familiarity with regional hiring regulations and compliance standards.
Background in creating and maintaining SOPs or process documentation.
Exposure to global or multicultural recruitment environments, with sensitivity to regional nuances
