Job Details:

Location: Bedok
Salary: $12/hr
Duration: 12 Aug to 11 Nov (can extend)
Working hours: Mon-Thurs 830am-6pm, Fri 830am-530pm

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls
Answer calls through system with headsets, write down enquiries in system, assist customers over the phone, write in system things advised
Training provided

Requirements:

Minimum education level: GCE ‘O’ Levels

Tech-savvy to use Customer Service software
