Site/Construction Engineer - #1106811

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the cost and budget monitoring.

• Assist with work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.

• Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged on the project.

• Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.

• Involve with QS team to complete the subletting and supplier selection.

• Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.

• Identify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project.

• Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.

• Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.

• Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient.

• Complete task as assigned by Project Director.

• Handling technical issues in projects with Technical Manager if necessary.

• Perform any other duties as and when required from the management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in port and coast engineering.

• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Working experience in main-con company is a must.

• Candidate must specialized in various channel and coast project experience.

• Candidate should be also well-experienced and participate in project tender section.
