Senior Quantity Surveyor (up to $6.5k) - #1106832

Basic up to $6.5k + Variable Bonus

Location: North Area

5days work week

Responsibilities:

·       Reviews and monitors project costing, including inter-project and inter-company charges.

·       Manages procurement, contract administration, and supervises Quantity Surveyor.

·       Reviews contract documents and prepares tender cost estimates.

·       Prepares and tracks project budgets, cash flow, and design/construction variations.

·       Oversees progress claims, subcontractor payments, and variation claims.

·       Handles contract disputes, extension of time assessments, and loss/expense claims.

·       Maintains contract-related records and documentation.

·       Ensures effective communication of contract matters to stakeholders.

Requirement:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in contract negotiation and management

• Ability to work with tight deadlines
