About the role

As a Spa Therapist at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests. This is a permanent role and is located in the Marina Bay area of Singapore.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality spa treatments and services to guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all spa treatments and services to recommend the best options to guests

• Ensure all spa tools, equipment and treatment areas are clean, well-stocked and in excellent condition

• Actively participate in spa team meetings to share feedback and ideas for improving guest experiences

• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards to create a safe environment for our guests and colleagues

• Assist with spa reception duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing payments

Talent Profile:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting

• Certification in massage therapy, body treatments and other spa services, specializing in Tui Na is a plus

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised, high-end guest experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently

• Proficient in English both speaking and writing

• Basic level computer skills
