Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, results‑driven leader to own our global events strategy and ensure our brand shines at every touchpoint. In this role, you will set the vision and lead the execution for high‑impact events that elevate brand visibility, engage customers, and drive measurable business growth. Beyond events, you’ll also contribute to broader marketing initiatives — from digital campaigns to partnership marketing — ensuring our brand presence is strong and consistent worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy & Leadership (Priority Focus)
Develop the annual global event calendar, aligning with marketing objectives and sales targets.
Create event strategies that deliver measurable brand impact, lead generation, and market positioning.
Manage end‑to‑end event execution, including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, booth design, logistics, and on‑site management.
Design interactive product demonstrations and experiences to showcase X‑PHY’s technology.
Ensure all event-related brand touchpoints are consistent and impactful.
Brand Activation
Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition globally.
Develop creative campaigns that align with product launches and thought leadership.
Ensure consistent messaging across events, digital platforms, and sales collateral.
Broader Marketing Functions
Digital Marketing Support — collaborate on social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to amplify event reach and brand awareness.
Content Development — support the creation of marketing collateral, brochures, videos, and presentations that align with X‑PHY’s positioning.
Partnership Marketing — coordinate joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners and distributors.
Public Relations Support — work with Public Relations Support and internal teams to secure media coverage around events and product milestones.
Marketing Analytics — track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign and event performance, providing actionable insights.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy in all marketing materials.
Work closely with sales to align marketing activities with lead generation goals.
Coordinate with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local markets.
Requirements:
Experience
5+ years in B2B marketing with a strong focus on events, brand activation, and campaign execution.
Proven track record of managing large‑scale international events from concept to analysis.
Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or hardware industries preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
Skills & Competencies
