About X‑PHY
X‑PHY is a pioneering cybersecurity company delivering AI‑embedded, proactive, hardware‑level security solutions that detect and prevent cyber threats in real time. We thrive in a culture of Integrity, Innovation, and Intrapreneurship — and welcome only those who share these values.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, results‑driven leader to own our global events strategy and ensure our brand shines at every touchpoint. In this role, you will set the vision and lead the execution for high‑impact events that elevate brand visibility, engage customers, and drive measurable business growth. Beyond events, you’ll also contribute to broader marketing initiatives — from digital campaigns to partnership marketing — ensuring our brand presence is strong and consistent worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Leadership (Priority Focus)

  • Develop the annual global event calendar, aligning with marketing objectives and sales targets.

  • Create event strategies that deliver measurable brand impact, lead generation, and market positioning.

  • Manage end‑to‑end event execution, including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, booth design, logistics, and on‑site management.

  • Design interactive product demonstrations and experiences to showcase X‑PHY’s technology.

  • Ensure all event-related brand touchpoints are consistent and impactful.

Brand Activation

  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition globally.

  • Develop creative campaigns that align with product launches and thought leadership.

  • Ensure consistent messaging across events, digital platforms, and sales collateral.

Broader Marketing Functions

  • Digital Marketing Support — collaborate on social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to amplify event reach and brand awareness.

  • Content Development — support the creation of marketing collateral, brochures, videos, and presentations that align with X‑PHY’s positioning.

  • Partnership Marketing — coordinate joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners and distributors.

  • Public Relations Support — work with Public Relations Support and internal teams to secure media coverage around events and product milestones.

  • Marketing Analytics — track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign and event performance, providing actionable insights.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy in all marketing materials.

  • Work closely with sales to align marketing activities with lead generation goals.

  • Coordinate with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local markets.

Requirements:

Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with a strong focus on events, brand activation, and campaign execution.

  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale international events from concept to analysis.

  • Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or hardware industries preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Creative problem‑solver with an eye for engaging brand experiences.

  • Data‑driven approach to decision‑making.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Personal Attributes

  • Innovative & Growth‑Oriented — challenges the status quo to create standout brand moments.

  • Culturally Aligned — embodies X‑PHY’s values of Integrity, Innovation, and Intrapreneurship.

  • Adaptable — thrives under pressure and can pivot quickly when plans change.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with high‑profile international technology or cybersecurity events.

  • Familiarity with lead capture software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Understanding of AI, hardware security, or related technologies.
