Responsibilities:
First level helpdesk to respond to complaints or queries at service centre
Provide first level resolution or advice on issues to CCS subscribers who will visit the service centre
Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all feedback/complaint.
Responsibilities are focused on sales and customer contact.
To handle simple sale enquiries for IoT (Smart home) solutions and IAQ (Air purifiers etc.) solution.
Any other task assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum O Level education.
Able to multi-task while assisting customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be comfortable in facing the public
1 year of customer service experience will be preferred
Some engineering knowledge will be preferred
44 hours per week, able to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holiday
*This position is 1 year renewable contract, position is open for conversion subject to performance.
