Senior QC Engineer (Precast manufacture) - #1106713

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Management in developing, maintaining and improving quality of product.

• To implement QAQC procedure and ensure the PQP is in line with the project quality standard.

• To lead, supervise and guide QC Team on their daily task.

• To ensure the compliancy of QAQC requirement in coordinating with Production & Logistic team for post-concreting & pre-delivery inspections

• To carry out precast panel inspection at required various stages (post-pour & pre-delivery).

• To liaise with Engineer & RTO for scheduled or unscheduled inspection.

• To co-ordinate and assist the Production Team on quality matters.

• Oversees the daily QAQC operations and ensure the production is compliance to the requirements.

• Shall involve actively in scheduled or unscheduled inspection & report work progress accordingly.

• To ensure all employees, including sub-contractors and suppliers are complied with company’s QAQC procedures.

• To identify problems associated with quality control and highlight to the superior.

• To understand the repeated defects and find the root cause and solve the issue at root.

• Liaise with Singapore main contractors and government authorities ie HDB, LTA etc if needed.

• To carry out work task as assigned by Management and work towards the company’s KPI and objective.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering from university which recognized by the Professional Engineers Board

• At least 5 years’ working experience in the Precast Industry or HDB construction project in Singapore

• Good knowledge and understanding on quality control in the Singapore Construction Industry

• Able to travel to Pontian for site visit and inspection as and when needed
