Job Description:
Provide general administrative support to the Property Division of Finance, including but not limited to the preparation if tenancy agreements, Options to Purchase, KYC documentation, and other related tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Manage day-to-day tenancy matters and promptly attend ti tenants' feedback, enquiries, and requests.
Oversee the proper handover and takeover of premises to and from tenants or buyers
Respond to enquiries and provide support for property-related issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain an organized and up-to-date filling system for all property-related documentations
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirement:
1–3 years of relevant experience in Property Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Office Administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good technical proficiency and attention to detail.
Ability to follow up effectively and manage multiple tasks independently.
