Group Procurement Lead (IT) / Up $14000 / Clementi - #1106621

• Duration: 3-year contract + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Location: Clementi / Sixth Avenue (rotating between offices)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budgetary requirements.

• Lead initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team to deliver high-quality sourcing and purchasing operations.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions .

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier identification, negotiation, contract management, and purchase order issuance

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost-effectiveness

• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify new procurement opportunities and mitigate supply risks.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, finance, legal, IT and other functions to streamline procurement workflows.

• Monitor procurement KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all procurement activities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

• 8–10 years in procurement, including 3+ years in leadership

• Strong preference for IT procurement experience, especially compliance and process management

• Professional certifications like CPSM or CIPS are a plus

• Skilled in contract negotiation, vendor management, and procurement systems (ERP, eSourcing)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
