Our client is a leading regional organisation seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR professional to support their HR analytics, transformation, and payroll functions across APAC. This role offers strong exposure to regional HR operations and reports to the Group HR team.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Analytics & Data InsightsAnalyze HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity, engagement) to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain accurate HR reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.
Work with country HR leads to standardize, consolidate, and interpret regional HR data.
Monitor key HR metrics and trends; provide recommendations to business leaders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reporting tools.
Leverage HRIS systems for data analytics and reporting efficiency.
Drive HR system enhancements, automation, and dashboard optimization.
Act as the HRIS key contact, ensuring data quality, system efficiency, and troubleshooting support.
Lead regional HR data integration and workforce planning initiatives.
Support HR transformation projects focused on digitization and process improvement.
Partner with Group HR and HRBPs on rewards-related analysis, including salary structures and incentives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline HR operations and support change initiatives.
Stay abreast of emerging HR analytics tools and practices.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and leave.
Process employee movements (new hires, terminations, changes) and ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and audit documentation.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
Support payroll audits and collaborate with Finance and Group HR to enhance payroll processes.
Assist in payroll system upgrades and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, HR analytics, and data reporting.
Strong Excel and data analytics skills; Power BI or similar tool experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., leave, payroll, claims).
Skilled in handling large datasets and generating business-focused HR insights.
Familiar with HR metrics and their strategic impact.
Regional HR exposure and experience working across multiple countries.
Knowledge of Singapore payroll software (e.g., Timesoft) and local tax regulations.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and accuracy.
Effective communication skills to engage English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Understanding of HR and finance workflows
