SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive to join our Healthcare Scholarship & Talent (HST) team. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the scholar experience by supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of meaningful engagement initiatives across the scholar lifecycle, including induction programs, team-building activities, networking opportunities, dialogue sessions, and community-building events. These events are designed to strengthen identity, sector commitment, and professional development among healthcare scholars both locally and overseas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Engagement Activities
End-to-End Event Management: Manage the full lifecycle of event planning and delivery — from concept development to post-event evaluation. This includes budgeting, logistics coordination, procurement processes, scheduling, vendor management, and post-event evaluation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure events are strategically aligned and operationally seamless. Foster strong working relationships to support programme goals.
Communications & Content Management: Develop and coordinate event-related communication materials such as invitations, emcee scripts, programme decks, and post-event reports. Ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging across all touchpoints.
Data Management & Reporting: Track participation data and engagement metrics, manage feedback channels, and support reporting efforts to inform future engagement strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the experience, effectiveness, and impact of programmes and events.
Scholarship Administration
Manage in-flight and in-service scholars, ensuring they are well-supported, engaged, and informed throughout their scholarship journey.
Maintain regular contact with the scholars, addressing inquiries and processing requests for sponsorships related to Student Exchange programs, Seminars, and Conferences, with recommendations submitted for Management's approval.
Track scholars’ academic progress and work performance, providing support and counselling to those not meeting expectations, and liaising with universities on academic or financial matters as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement(s):
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a can-do attitude that drives results and maintains a positive approach to challenges.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and effectively.

Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Years of Experience Required:
1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
