Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to explain how the product will solve a customer's problem
Provide technical support to customers, including pre-sales and post-sales support

Job Requirements:
Diploma /Degree in IT related field
2-years of working experience (account management/servicing)
Microsoft Office
