Responsibilities

• Perform manual picking and packing of finished goods and raw materials.

• Sort, organize, and allocate materials in the store area.

• Manage daily stock in/out activities and maintain accurate inventory records (physical and system).

• Issue raw materials, assembly parts, and cutting tools to production teams.

• Unpack, inspect, and verify all incoming goods.

• Preserve materials and ensure proper storage to maintain quality.

• Update inventory stock lists and labeling promptly.

• Perform data entry related to inventory tracking and movement.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient binning of materials.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to customers.

• Handle goods safely during loading, unloading, and transportation to avoid damage.

• Comply with traffic rules and company safety regulations.

• Support general store and warehouse operations, including ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Prior experience in both storekeeping and delivery duties preferred.

• Possess a valid Class 3 and 4 driving license.

• Forklift license is an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to carry heavy loads.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
