Regional Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) - East/ $4000 - #1106656

* An established Freight Forwarding/ Logistics MNC with offices worldwide

* Basic Salary Up to $4000 + Variable Bonus (2 Months) + Attractive Staff Benefits

* Work Location: East / 5 Days Week

Job Responsibilities:

- Support on daily operational issues

- Maintain SOP internally at a Regional level

- Supporting daily/ weekly/ monthly/ KPI reports for customer

- Attend to customer request on timely manner

- Act as a Control Tower for communication between internal and external customers

- Aligning processes with internal and external operation

- Work with Operation Manager to make improvement for operation

- Pre-check and monitor the billing flow to ensure the accuracy of bills before submitting to the customer.

- Maintain good relationship with customer

- Support ad-hoc quotation if required

Job Requirement:

- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels/ Diploma in Logistics/ Shipping or in relevant field of studies

- Has at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a Freight Forwarding industry

- Good understanding of Air Freight processes

- Preferably with regional customer service experience

- Proficient in MS Office

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
