Service Team Member – 13 Dempsey Road
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take and process customer orders accurately (over counter or via POS system)
Serve food and beverages according to company standards
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work and dining areas
Replenish stock and supplies as needed
Assist in opening and closing duties (e.g., cleaning, restocking, cashing out)
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a positive working environment and support teammates
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
