We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong passion for brand storytelling and experiential marketing. In this role, you will take charge of planning and executing aviation-themed showcases and exhibitions. You’ll also support broader branding initiatives, working closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver meaningful brand experiences that captivate and inspire.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Lead the coordination and delivery of aviation-themed showcases and exhibitions.

• Manage logistics such as exhibit delivery, pass preparation, event rosters, and reception arrangements.

• Oversee on-site operations during setup, event days, and teardown.

• Work closely with internal teams to source and prepare engaging multimedia content.

• Create supporting materials such as presentation decks and EDMs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Engage and manage external vendors including designers, contractors, content producers, and other service providers.

• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution.

• Support post-event reviews and reporting.

• Analyse outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event and exhibition planning.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated project management ability and attention to detail.

• Able to work collaboratively across teams, including technical and creative functions.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.

• Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
