Job Overview:

Responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable recreational experience for guests. Provide the initial orientation to the equipment, facilities and structures, rules of engagement and required safety briefing. Assist in the maintenance and update of gaming equipment.

Manage Playpen and Laser Quest, which includes assisting with daily operations, within safety and corporate guidelines and providing exceptional service standards.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage for day-to-day operations of the facilities including delivering fun and energetic safety briefings, conducting safety checks and activity marshalling.

• Provide front of the house services including responding to all enquiries pertaining facilities and membership matters, registration, payment collection and verification of indemnity forms.

• Manage administrative duties, SOPs, Zendesk queries, Procurement, Quotations and Invoices.

• Handle Lost & Found items / queries.

• Develop and maintain high level of knowledge on the use and maintenance of the gaming equipment.

• Assess hazards, manage risks and ensure compliance of all safety regulations prior to every programme to ensure a safe environment for participants.

• Develop and maintain gaming equipment technical resources and troubleshooting guidelines by drafting, recommending, writing and updating changes to the Standard Operating Procedures.

• Plan and prepare activities to suit the needs, abilities and experience of every participant.

• Market services and products to customers and potential customers.

• Maintain high level of customer service and positive interaction

• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment

• Assist in events organized by the Club and Association when necessary.

Skills / Qualities required for the role

• Able to manage customers in a pleasant manner.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Problem solving skills.

• Able to adapt and respond swiftly to challenges.

• Both a team player and able to multi-task and work independently.

• Proficient in spoken English and a 2nd language.

• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Requirements & Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred in Indoor Adventure Programs and teambuilding programs. (Preferred)

• Ability to work with various age categories

• Students / Adults (18 years & above)

• Shift Duties (Morning and Afternoon Shifts)

• Able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays.
