Responsibilities:
Policy Development - Ability to draft, review, and update HR and operational policies in line with legal requirements, organizational objectives, and industry best practices.
Implementation & Compliance - Roll out policies across departments and ensuring adherence through training, guidance, and clear documentation.
Monitoring & Evaluation - Regularly assess the effectiveness of policies through audits, feedbacks, and performance indicators; recommend and implement improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with all departments, HR, legal, and operational and compliance teams to ensure policies are practical, inclusive, and supportive of business needs.
Documentation & Reporting - Maintain a centralized and accessible policy repository; prepare reports on policy compliance and gaps.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Proven minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR or operations policy development and implementation.
Possess a strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and operational compliance.
Good command of English with exceptional writing, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage change effectively.
