Experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting.
Experience with appointment scheduling systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to speak additional languages.
Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle client inquiries.
Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
