Duties:
To act as the representative of the client in verifying that all architectural, structural, ID and MEP works are carried-out by contractors are in accordance to drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements.
To review work programmes submitted by contractors.
To conduct regular coordination meetings with client and contractors.
To review and monitor that the daily / weekly schedules are strictly adhered to.
To conduct inspections with contractors before proceeding to next stage of work.
To conduct quality inspections and to take samples for material tests.
To review that all work activities are carried-out in a safe manner.
To resolve any site coordination issues faced by the contractors. To bring-up to next level to resolve if there is no outcome.
To maintain proper project documentation and records of works carried-out andncompleted.
To prepare regular progress updates and reports.
To assist Contracts Manager in verifying progress claims from contractors.
To conduct checks for handing-over inspections.
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferable in Refurbishment, Restoration and Repainting (3R) works
Able to work in a team and cope in a fast-paced environment.
Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
Relevant qualification / certificates in architectural / ID discipline (e.g. Degree,Diploma, NCCS)
