Responsibilities:

• Good experience in procurement of hardscape and softscape material, as requested.

• Ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance to PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.

• Call for quotations and source for new suppliers.

• Process and generate PO/RO.

• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in working in construction industry on Civil projects in Singapore
