Responsibilities

·       Participate and Contribute to the Global Store Planning and Innovation Communities

·       Lead store, restaurant and office designs and adaptations in line with Brand guidelines to deliver Commercial Vision, complete with VM, Graphics and Music direction

·       Drive innovation in store planning, implement circular design and sustainability initiatives

·       Work closely with landlords and brand partners on tenders and design and construction

·       Maintain strong portfolio of agencies and contractors, through tendering process ensure delivery of quality and efficient projects

·       Ensure all applicable regulations are observed

·       Support Operations and provide framework on maintenance and refurbishment concerns and respond to emergencies to minimize disruption

·       Direct Visual Merchandising and through VM Community supported by VM guide, enhance presentations to maximize store and product visibility

·       Working closely with Commercial and Marketing Team to deliver engaging Content and Communication in both physical and digital formats to entice customers, and drive penetration, conversion and spend ·       Support profitable and sustainable growth by working closely with Business Development on tender and M&A targets, provide economical, achievable quotations and compelling concepts and designs

·       Prepare Budget and track costs on each project, create and maintain centralized Store Planning database (CAPEX, preferred vendors, compliances & regulations, timeline, costs & budgets), enable effective benchmarking to drive improvement

·       Drive projects’ full life cycle through detailed planning, manage changes and interventions with solutions to deliver within target timeline and budgets
